The Jeffersonville Riverstage is a city owned music venue that floats on the Ohio River in Jeffersonville, IN. The Riverstage hosts a variety of free concert events for the community throughout the year, but holds its main events during the spring and summer months through its annual summer concert series “Jammin in Jeff”. As such a unique and vibrant part of the community I wanted to give it its own identity, while also tying it to the current branding for the city of Jeffersonville. With this in mind I included the three main colors (red, blue, and yellow) used in the city’s identity in this design. To focus on the entertainment services provided by the venue I expanded the brand palette to include the four common stage light colors (right, blue, green and yellow) into the promotional and merchandise designs. In the logo I include subtle graphics to call attention to its uniqueness of a stage floating on the river.
